The $20 photo fundraising offer
This is a strictly limited offer, available only once per family/person per, event/region, per year i.e. we cannot photograph children with parents as a $20 photo, then children with grandparents as a $20 photo
One exception per event being siblings/child from separated families may be photographed in 2x $20 photos, one with each parent
Siblings without parents may be photographed as the $20 photo offer if parent/s are in attendance and not appearing in another $20 photo offer
The $20 image shall be the main family group together and shall be chosen by Laura Jean photographers based on what we believe to be the best image.
Photography appointments
Booking/payments can be made by your event link and is hosted by trybooking who may charge a .50c booking fee.
Cash payments are usually accepted via school/centre. We require: name, email, phone, preferred appointment time; and shall do our best to find you the closest available time. We will not accept appointments if $20 has not been received by event coordinator
You may move or cancel by advising us by email no less than 48 hrs before your event starts: info@laurajean.com.au
No $20 refund shall be offered due to failure to attend on the day of photography
No refund shall be offered when events booked outdoors are photographed indoors due to weather/location restrictions
Laura Jean photographers have the right to refuse a sitting who has already participated at a previous event within a 6 month time frame. In such case a refund shall be offered.
Laura Jean photographers have the right to refuse a sitting due to any form of aggressive behaviour including intoxication. Family must present without covid symptoms, in such cases a refund shall be offered.
Your photographer shall endeavour to take as many additional poses as possible in the allocated time, however this will vary between families
Photo collection day
Appointments to collect will be scheduled back at school, by your photographer at your photo shoot sitting, on a day arranged with your event coordinator
If unable to attend you may arrange to view/purchase direct with your photographer, however a postage and handling fee shall apply
USB of digital images will include all poses taken on the day but will not be edited i.e. blemish removal or cropping
